The rings are trimmed and tumble polished to remove burrs and then vibratory polished to a high luster. Each manufactured batch is tested and certified in an independent laboratory for dimensional consistency. These certifications are available. The batch is then proof loaded and break tested to ensure quality. 316L is a highly corrosion resistant material.
